When is the wedding?
Our wedding will be held on the evening of Saturday, November 7 at the Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City.
Where is the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Skirvin Hotel with a brief cocktail hour in between, so there’s no need to travel between venues.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is black tie preferred. We request a tuxedo, dark colored suit, floor length gown or a knee-length cocktail dress. Please do not worry if you do not have these options in your closet; your best formal attire is perfectly appropriate.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.
What should I do between the ceremony and reception?
Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony right outside the ceremony doors! We will provide drinks and light appetizers during cocktail hour before the reception meal.
Are the wedding events indoors?
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
Have you reserved room blocks at a hotel?
Yes! We have reserved a room block at the Skirvin where our ceremony and reception will be held. Please visit our ACCOMMODATIONS page to find the booking link. There are also several other hotels in walking distance of our ceremony and reception location of the Skirvin listed on our ACCOMMODATIONS page.
Will transportation be provided?
No transportation is necessary since the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be at the Skirvin Hotel.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
What will the weather be like?
Early November in Oklahoma City is usually mild, with daytime highs in the 60s and cooler evenings in the 40s–50s. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening.
Can I bring my children?
Unless your child is specifically listed on your invitation, we respectfully ask that this be an adults-only celebration.
